On Tuesday (28 May) after the preliminary hearing in a writ petition, the High Court bench of Justice Mustafa Zaman Islam and Justice SM Masud Hossain Dolan gave this order. Lawyer M Sarwar Hossain heard the writ in court. Lawyer Salahuddin Regan was with him.
